Leo Ordiales delivered a championship-worthy performance, earning the UAAP Season 88 Collegiate Men’s Volleyball Finals MVP award as National University completed its historic **six-peat**.

The 6-foot-5 opposite spiker powered the Bulldogs to a dominant sweep of Far Eastern University, anchoring NU’s offense throughout the Finals series.

In Game 1, Ordiales led the way with **22 points** (20 attacks, 2 blocks) as the Bulldogs outlasted the Tamaraws in five hard-fought sets. He then elevated his game in the title-clinching Game 2, exploding for **24 points** on an efficient 23-of-36 attacking clip to help NU close out the series with a straight-sets victory.

Despite the individual accolade, Ordiales made it clear that the team’s achievement was the real prize.

“Bonus na lang ‘yung award kasi ang goal talaga namin ay ‘yung six-peat eh,” he said after the win.

With the sweep, National University extended its dynasty to six consecutive titles since Season 80 (2018), further cementing its status as the premier program in UAAP men’s volleyball.
