The Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) has approved a rights swap between Magnolia Hotshots and Titan Ultra Giant Risers involving forwards **Arvin Tolentino** and **William Navarro**.

Under the deal, Magnolia acquires Tolentino’s playing rights, while Titan Ultra gains Navarro’s rights. Both teams also exchanged future second-round draft picks as part of the transaction.

The swap was approved on Tuesday ahead of Season 50 and the upcoming Governors’ Cup. However, neither player is expected to suit up for their new teams in the immediate future, as both are currently playing overseas.

Tolentino is in the middle of a promising rookie season with **Seoul SK** in the Korean Basketball League (KBL). The former FEU standout has shown strong outside shooting and consistent double-digit scoring since signing a multi-year deal in 2025, with an option to extend.

Navarro’s situation is more complicated. He remains under a three-year PBA restriction due to unfulfilled tender offer obligations from his original team. After a limited role with **Busan KCC Egis** in Korea, he was released following a difficult stint.

While Tolentino has a relatively clear path back to the PBA with Magnolia, Navarro’s return is still subject to league rules and timing, making his comeback less immediate.
