While staying in Madrid, Mbappé sent a message of encouragement to his teammates via Instagram, expressing his full confidence in the team's ability to win the trophy. He wrote, "Good luck, team! I trust you 1,000%. We’re going to succeed. Hala Madrid! Let’s go for the Supercopa!" alongside a photo of the squad departing for Saudi Arabia.

Real Madrid will face Atlético de Madrid in the second semifinal on Thursday, following the earlier semifinal between Barcelona and Athletic Club. Mbappé will miss his second consecutive match due to the injury as he awaits further recovery, with hopes of returning for a potential final.
