Tantoy Ferrer delivered a dominant performance to power RK Hoops–Quezon City 10ACT to an 82–74 win over Pasig on Saturday at the Alonte Sports Arena, snapping a three-game losing streak in the 2026 Women’s Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (WMPBL)

Ferrer finished with 34 points, 17 rebounds, and three assists to lead the Quezon City-based squad, helping them withstand late pressure from the Queenpin and improve to 2–4 in the standings, moving into solo fourth place.

The Gilas 3x3 standout knocked down a difficult fadeaway jumper over LJ Miranda to put RK Hoops ahead 73–70, but Gabi Bade responded with a clutch triple to tie the game at 73 with 1:16 left.

Mikee Antonio then took charge in the closing stretch, scoring five points in an 8–1 finishing run that secured the victory for RK Hoops.

“I’m really proud of the team, especially Tantoy Ferrer. Everyone worked hard, sacrificed, and executed what we practiced,” said RK Hoops–Quezon City 10ACT head coach Jon Cobarrubias.

Natasha Alcantara added 10 points, two assists, and two rebounds, while Antonio contributed nine points and 20 rebounds as the squad earned just its second win of the tournament backed by Aktive.

Pasig, meanwhile, dropped its fourth straight game and fell to 1–5 despite a standout showing from LJ Miranda, who exploded for a tournament-best 32 points and 12 rebounds.

Bade finished with 18 points, eight rebounds, six assists, and three steals, while Lee Sario added 16 points, five rebounds, and three assists in the loss.
