RB Leipzig is reportedly targeting a move for Celtic midfielder Arne Engels during the January transfer window. According to Sky Germany, Leipzig has identified Engels and AC Milan's Ardon Jashari as potential midfield reinforcements. However, the Bundesliga club's pursuit is contingent on failing to secure a deal for Borussia Mönchengladbach's Rocco Reitz. Leipzig's interest comes amid reports they are set to mutually terminate the contract of Austrian midfielder Xaver Schlager.
