Trae Young Set to Make Wizards Debut vs. Jazz This Friday
March 3, according to reporter Shams Charania, Wizards star Trae Young will make his team debut in Friday’s home game against the Jazz.
According to head coach Brian Keefe, Young is expected to play 17 to 20 minutes in Friday’s contest.
Young posted a video of himself in Wizards training gear on social media with the caption "March 5."
Young has yet to appear for the Wizards since being traded from the Hawks on January 7. Friday’s game will be his first since December 27; he has been sidelined with a right MCL and quad injury.
A four-time All-Star, Young is averaging 19.3 points and 8.9 assists in 10 games this season.
