Tots Carlos is PVL Player of the Week as Creamline ups wins streak to five games

TotsCarlos has been named the PVL Press Corps Player of the Week presented by Pilipinas Live for the period of March 3 to 7. This recognition comes as her team, the Creamline Cool Smashers, extended their winning streak to five games in the 2026 PVL All-Filipino Conference.

Now fully recovered from a knee injury, Carlos delivered two strong performances. She started the week with 19 points and 13 digs in a four-set victory over the GaleriesTowerHighrisers. She followed this with 16 points and 13 digs in a gripping five-set win against Nxled.

Carlos expressed gratitude for the time given to her to recover and stated that her strong play is a sign she has regained her rhythm. She also relished the intense five-set match, noting how much she missed high-pressure competition, while emphasizing the team's focus on maintaining composure in tight situations.

The weekly award saw Carlos edge out several notable players, including teammate Jema Galanza, PLDT's Savi Davison, and Choco Mucho's Sisi Rondina. Carlos and the Cool Smashers aim to continue their momentum in their next match against the Akari Chargers on March 12.
