The TNT Tropang 5G aim to secure a commanding 3-0 series lead when they face the Meralco Bolts in Game 3 of their PBA Season 50 Philippine Cup semifinal series on Friday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. The game is scheduled for 5:15 p.m.

TNT currently leads the series 2-0 after a decisive 109-92 wire-to-wire victory last Wednesday. The team shot over 51% from the field and used strong defense to hold Meralco to just 41% shooting. Jordan Heading, who scored 24 points in Game 2, emphasized the team's focus on winning the Philippine Cup championship.

Meralco faces the urgent task of avoiding a 0-3 series deficit. The team will be without active consultant Nenad Vucinic for Game 3, as he is attending his daughter's wedding in New Zealand, leaving head coach Luigi Trillo in charge.

In the other semifinal series, defending champion San Miguel Beer and Barangay Ginebra will play Game 3 at 7:30 p.m., with the series tied 1-1. San Miguel looks to build momentum after a Game 2 victory where June Mar Fajardo posted another 20-20 performance and Jeron Teng provided a crucial fourth-quarter scoring burst.

San Miguel possesses multiple offensive weapons like CJ Perez and Don Trollano, while Ginebra previously won Game 1 despite a 27-point, 23-rebound effort from Fajardo.
