RobertLewandowski has returned to training with Barcelona while wearing a protective face mask. The Polish striker, who is currently considering his future at the club amid potential interest from leagues like Major League Soccer, trained with the black mask following a recent injury.

The injury occurred during Barcelona's match against Villarreal, with subsequent medical analysis revealing a fracture to the inside of his left eye socket. Despite this, he could be available for selection by manager Hansi Flick for the upcoming away match against Athletic Bilbao at San Mamés. This season, Lewandowski has scored 18 goals in 21 LaLiga appearances for Barcelona.

He is not the first Barcelona player to use such protection this year; defender Eric García also wore a mask for several months after suffering a nasal fracture in November before making a full recovery.
