PVL: Tots Carlos lauds Creamline's composure after holding off Galeries Tower

The Creamline Cool Smashers defeated the Galeries Tower Highrisers in four sets (25-14, 17-25, 25-18, 25-23) in the 2026 PVL All-Filipino Conference, securing their fourth consecutive victory and improving their record to 4-1.

Tots Carlos led the balanced offensive effort with 19 points, supported by Bernadeth Pons with 15 points and Jema Galanza with 12. In a total team performance, 11 different Cool Smashers contributed at least one point to the win.

After losing the second set, Creamline regained control, building a commanding 12-1 lead in the fourth set. The Highrisers staged a late comeback to close within a point at 23-24, but the Cool Smashers sealed the victory with a quick attack from Pangs Panaga.

Carlos attributed the win to the team's improving chemistry and composure in critical situations, stating they trusted their coach's system and relied on their collective experience. She also commended the team for handling the challenge posed by the Galeries Tower squad.

For the Highrisers, who fell to a 2-4 record, Jean Asis scored 12 points and Erika Deloria added 11. The Creamline Cool Smashers' next match is against the Nxled Chameleons on March 7.
