The Nxled Chameleons have significantly strengthened their roster by signing five former players from Petro Gazz, a team that recently announced a leave of absence from the Premier Volleyball League (PVL). The new additions are veterans Nicole Tiamzon and Bang Pineda, middle blocker Ranya Musa, setter Djanel Cheng, and libero Jellie Tempiatura.

Further bolstering their squad, Nxled also acquired setter Joyme Cagande and rising spiker AA Adolfo. These signings add depth to a young team that already includes players such as Lucille Almonte, Lyann De Guzman, and EJ Laure.

Prior to these announcements, Nxled had already confirmed the signings of decorated players Aby Maraño and Jonah Sabete. Maraño joined after her former team, Chery Tiggo, exited the professional scene, while Sabete was also part of the final Petro Gazz roster.

This roster overhaul follows a challenging previous season for Nxled, where they finished last in the All-Filipino Conference and 11th in the Reinforced Conference, failing to reach the podium in either competition.
