The Premier Volleyball League All-Filipino Conference enters its high-stakes Play-In stage, a knockout phase where six teams compete for semifinal berths. All advantages from the preliminary rounds are nullified, making every set and rally critical for survival.

The Play-In follows a step-ladder format, where winners advance to further knockout matches against Nxled or Akari, respectively, for a chance to secure the final two spots in the FinalFour. A single loss ends a team's campaign, with no second chances.
