Veteran Paat Joins SGA to Bolster Squad for 2026 PVL All-Filipino Conference

Following the dissolution of her former team Chery Tiggo Crossovers, ex-PVL MVP Mylene Paat has officially signed with Strong Group Athletics (SGA), emerging as a marquee veteran signing for the club’s preparations for the 2026 PVL All-Filipino Conference.

Paat’s arrival further strengthens SGA’s offseason recruitment haul, joining forces with standout acquisitions including Imee Hernandez, Remy Palma, and Royse Tubino. She is set to feature for either Farm Fresh Foxies or ZUS Coffee Thunderbelles—both SGA-affiliated teams—in the upcoming campaign.

Notably, Paat had been sidelined for over a year with a severe left shoulder injury (supraspinatus tear) before making her competitive comeback in the 2025 PVL Reinforced Conference. Her addition is expected to bring invaluable veteran experience, scoring prowess and leadership to her new side, boosting their title aspirations.
