On February 10, the Los Angeles Lakers fell to the Oklahoma City Thunder 110-119 at home, ending their three-game winning streak.

LeBron James played 36 minutes, finishing with a team-high 22 points, 10 assists and 6 rebounds on 9-of-17 shooting, remaining the team’s most consistent performer.

After the game, James analyzed the loss:

“We were only down 2 after three quarters, but in the fourth we missed some good looks, and the Thunder capitalized on more of their possessions.”

“You have to give credit to OKC’s defense — that’s why they’re the defending champions. They can keep their energy and defensive intensity up for 48 minutes, and we couldn’t. That’s the difference between us and a championship-level team.”
