On February 21, the Sacramento Kings fell to the Orlando Magic 94-131 at home, suffering their 15th consecutive loss and setting a new franchise record for the longest losing streak.
Keegan Murray finished with 15 points and 8 rebounds but could not prevent the defeat.Speaking after the game about the team’s losing streak, a frustrated Murray said:“It’s tough. Honestly, I’m really at a loss for words. I don’t know if anybody can really explain what’s been going on with our franchise the last three or four years, but obviously, we’ve got to make a change.”
“We just can’t keep losing like this,” Murray continued.
“Even in NBA history, not many teams lose 15 games in a row.”
