Four teams in pair of stepladder play-in clash in PVL All-Filipino Conference matches

The PVLAll-FilipinoConference features two crucial stepladder play-in matches on Tuesday at the FilOil Arena. In the first game at 4 p.m., the 8th-seeded Capital1 Solar Spikers face the 9th-seeded Galeries Tower Highrisers. The winner of this knockout match will advance to play the 5th-seeded Nxled Chameleons on Saturday.

In the second game at 6:30 p.m., the 7th-seeded ChocoMuchoFlyingTitans take on the 10th-seeded ZUS Coffee Thunderbelles. The victor here will earn a match against the 6th-seeded Akari Chargers in another win-or-go-home contest on the same day.

Capital1 enters the match with momentum from a recent 3-1 victory over Galeries Tower this past Saturday. Similarly, Choco Mucho defeated ZUSCoffee 3-1 in their preliminary meeting last Thursday.

A key player to watch is Capital1's Bella Belen, last year's top rookie pick, who scored 23 points and led her team's defense in their recent win. However, Belen emphasized that a collective team effort is essential for her squad to advance deeper into the tournament.
