Guided by Coach Yeng Guiao, the Elasto Painters delivered a high-energy performance, blending fast-paced offense, sharp shooting, and timely defense to make a statement on the league’s milestone celebration night.

Rain or Shine built a commanding 25-point lead and withstood a fierce fourth-quarter comeback from the Beermen.

Adrian Nocum stepped up in the final period, scoring 10 of his 21 points to help seal the win, while Marcio Lassiter and San Miguel made a late push that tested the Elasto Painters’ resolve.

Jaylen Johnson led the way with 24 points, five rebounds, and three assists, supported by a balanced attack from Jhonard Clarito (16 points), Felix Lemetti (14), and Caelan Tiongson (11), showcasing a team firing on all cylinders.

The victory extended Rain or Shine’s perfect start to 5-0, marking the best start in franchise history, while San Miguel dropped to 3-3.
