Nasaf Qarshi B suffered a heavy home defeat on September 6, 2026, as Azure delivered a ruthless 5-0 away victory in the UZB D1B. The result was a stark reminder of the gap between the sides on the night, with Azure’s attacking display proving far too clinical for the young Nasaf reserve outfit to handle.

Match Overview

Kickoff came at 20:00 in what was expected to be a competitive fixture in the Uzbekistan second tier. Nasaf Qarshi B, traditionally a development side with young talents filtering through, met an ambitious Azure team that came with clear attacking intentions. From the first whistle, Azure took control of the midfield and never looked back.

The visitors moved the ball with speed and precision, opening up the home defense time and again. By halftime, the result already looked beyond doubt, but Azure maintained their intensity to add to the scoreline in the second period.

How the goals unfolded

• Azure opened the scoring early with a well-worked move down the right flank, ending with a calm finish.
• A second goal followed soon after, this time from a set piece where the visitors’ superior movement left the home defenders stranded.
• The third arrived on the counterattack, exposing a high Nasaf line and a lack of recovery pace at the back.
• In the second half, Azure converted a penalty after a careless challenge in the box.
• The fifth and final goal was a long-range strike that flew into the top corner, sealing a perfect away performance.

Tactical story

Nasaf Qarshi B attempted to play out from the back and build patiently, but Azure pressed aggressively and disrupted their rhythm. The home side's youthful inexperience showed against a physically stronger and more organized opponent. Azure, playing in a compact 4-2-3-1, used wide rotations and quick switching to tear open the defense.

Standout performers

• Azure's leading forward was involved throughout, scoring and creating danger every time he received the ball.
• Azure's attacking midfielder pulled the strings, delivering key passes and pushing his team forward.
• Nasaf Qarshi B's goalkeeper made several reflex saves, though his efforts couldn't prevent the avalanche of goals.

Season impact

Azure's dominant win not only adds a healthy goal-difference boost but also serves as a strong statement in the UZB D1B standings. For Nasaf Qarshi B, the defeat offers a sobering lesson as they look to develop their young squad and compete at a higher level. They will need to regroup quickly before their next league assignment.
