Corluspor 3 – 1 Kucukcekmece
Turkish Third League – 8 May 2026
Corluspor continued their impressive form with a convincing 3–1 victory over Kucukcekmece in the Turkish Third League. The home side dominated from start to finish and deservedly walked away with all three points.
How the Match Unfolded
Corluspor took an early lead in the 14th minute through a well‑worked team goal. Midfielder Emre Yalçın found striker Burak Demir with a through ball, and Demir finished calmly past the advancing goalkeeper. Kucukcekmece equalised just after the half‑hour mark when a defensive mix‑up allowed forward Caner Aydın to poke the ball into an empty net. However, Corluspor regained the lead before half‑time: right‑back Fatih Kaya overlapped and delivered a cross that was turned in by winger Mehmet Aslan for 2‑1.
Second‑Half Control
The second half saw Corluspor take full control. They dominated possession and created several clear chances. The third goal came in the 72nd minute when Burak Demir scored his second of the night, latching onto a long ball and lifting it over the keeper. Kucukcekmece rarely threatened after that, and Corluspor cruised to a comfortable win.
Man of the Match
Burak Demir (Corluspor) – The striker scored twice and led the line superbly, holding the ball up and bringing others into play. His movement caused constant problems for the Kucukcekmece defence.
Table Implications
Corluspor’s win moves them into the play‑off places in the Turkish Third League, just two points behind the automatic promotion spots. Kucukcekmece, meanwhile, remain deep in the relegation zone and are now five points from safety with only a handful of games left.
