Team Info

Norwich City U21 is the elite development squad of Norwich City Football Club, competing in the English U21 Premier League. Based at the club's state-of-the-art training facility, the Lotus Training Centre in Norfolk, these young Canaries face off against the academy teams of other Premier League and EFL clubs. The team's primary purpose is to bridge the gap between the youth academy and the first team, with matches serving as high-level competitive education. Coached by dedicated development staff, the squad is composed of the club's most promising talents aged between 17 and 21, many of whom have come through the renowned Norwich academy system. Success for the U21s is measured not in trophies, but in the number of players who make their first-team debuts. For a club like Norwich, which prides itself on youth development, the U21 side is the crucial final step in creating homegrown stars for Carrow Road.
