Team Info
MTK Budapest FC is a legendary Hungarian football club with a rich history, currently competing in the Hungarian Fizz Liga (NB I). Based in the Hungarian capital, MTK is one of the country's oldest and most decorated clubs, founded in 1888. They play their home matches at the Hidegkuti Nándor Stadion. The club has won numerous Hungarian league titles and cups, and was a powerhouse in European football during the early and mid-20th century, known for its exceptional youth academy and stylish play. After facing financial difficulties and relegation in the 21st century, MTK has fought its way back to the top division. The modern era is about restoring the club's historic prestige, developing young talent through their famed academy, and challenging Ferencváros and other rivals for domestic supremacy once again.
