Team Info

Milan Futuro is the newly conceived reserve team of the legendary Italian club AC Milan, set to compete in the Italian football league system starting from the 2024-25 season. This project, approved by the FIGC, will see the team enter Serie C, providing an unprecedented platform for the club's academy talents. Based in Milan, the team will play its home matches at a stadium to be determined, likely away from the San Siro. The core idea is to bridge the notorious gap between youth football and the first team in Italy, allowing players like Francesco Camarda to develop in a professional, third-tier environment while remaining under the club's direct control. This innovative move marks a potential peak era for Milan's youth development, aiming to replicate the success of similar models in Spain and Germany. The team culture will be an extension of AC Milan's winning philosophy, focused on technical excellence and tactical intelligence. Milan Futuro is a bold step towards securing the club's future by nurturing its own stars.
