Team Info

Leuven B is the reserve team of OH Leuven, a club that competes in the Belgian First Division A. The Leuven B squad itself plays in the Belgian First Amateur Division, the third tier of Belgian football. They serve as a crucial developmental platform, playing their home games at the same complex as the senior team, often at the OH Leuven Academy grounds. As a reserve side, they were formed with the explicit purpose of bridging the gap between the youth academy and the first team. Their history is not measured in trophies but in the progression of players; a successful era is one where multiple graduates make the jump to the senior squad or even to higher levels. The modern Leuven B team is composed of promising youngsters and senior players regaining fitness, playing in a style that mirrors the tactical philosophy of the parent club. There is no independent fan culture, but scouts and dedicated supporters follow their progress closely. Leuven B is an essential engine room for talent production, vital for the long-term health of OH Leuven.
