Team Info

BK Häcken is a professional football club from Gothenburg, Sweden, and a consistent force in the Allsvenskan. The club plays its home matches at the Bravida Arena. Founded in 1940, Häcken has traditionally been considered a smaller club in a city dominated by IFK Göteborg and GAIS. However, the club's modern history has been transformative. Häcken's key era is undoubtedly the present; the club has shed its underdog status to become a title-winning powerhouse, claiming its first-ever Allsvenskan championship in 2022. This achievement marked the culmination of a long-term project built on intelligent recruitment and attacking football. The current squad is dynamic and well-drilled, regularly challenging at the summit of Swedish football and representing the nation in European competitions. The team culture has evolved with its success, attracting a growing and enthusiastic fan base that fills the Bravida Arena. BK Häcken's story is one of remarkable modern ascent, now regarded as one of Sweden's most professionally run and exciting clubs.
