Team Info

Frosinone is a professional Italian football club based in Frosinone, Lazio, currently competing in Serie B, the second tier of Italian football. The team plays its home matches at the Stadio Benito Stirpe, a modern stadium that opened in 2017. Founded in 1906, the club, known as I Canarini (The Canaries) due to their yellow and blue colors, has spent much of its history in the lower leagues. Their peak era arrived in the 2010s, achieving historic promotions to Serie A for the 2015-16 and 2018-19 seasons, where they battled against Italy's elite. These campaigns, led by managers like Roberto Stellone and featuring hard-working squads, defined the modern club. The current era sees Frosinone as a consistent Serie B contender, often fighting for promotion playoffs. The team culture is defined by a strong, gritty identity and a deeply passionate local fanbase that fills the Stirpe, embodying the spirit of the Ciociaria region.
