Dorking Wanderers FC is a professional football club based in Dorking, Surrey, England, currently competing in the National League South, the sixth tier of the English football pyramid. The club plays its home matches at Meadowbank Stadium, a modern community venue. Founded in 1999, the club's rise has been nothing short of meteoric, climbing from the county leagues to the national stage. The team's colors are red and white. The club's entire history is a story of rapid progression, but its key era is undoubtedly the period under owner-manager Marc White, which saw multiple promotions through the Isthmian League divisions. Their peak achievement was winning the National League South playoffs in 2022 to reach the National League for the first time. The modern Dorking side is known for its attacking, high-scoring philosophy and has become a well-known name in non-league football. The fan base has grown exponentially with the club's success, creating a vibrant atmosphere. Dorking Wanderers represent a modern football fairytale of ambition and growth.
