The club plays its home matches at the Concordia Stadium, a modern venue with a capacity of over 5,000. Founded in 1957, the club has traditionally worn blue and white colors and has been a fixture in Romanian football's lower professional tiers. The team's most successful era came in the 2010s when they achieved promotion to the top-flight Liga I and spent several seasons establishing themselves as a tough, defensively organized side, famously earning draws against much larger clubs. That period defined the club's modern identity. Recently, after relegation, Concordia Chiajna is a consistent contender in Liga II, aiming for an immediate return to the elite.
