Team Info

ADO Den Haag is a historic football club based in The Hague, currently competing in the Netherlands' second tier, the Eerste Divisie. The club plays its home matches at the Cars Jeans Stadion, a modern arena that replaced their famous old Zuiderpark ground. Founded in 1905, the club's full name is Alles Door Oefening Den Haag, which translates to "Everything Through Practice," and they traditionally play in green and yellow. Historically, ADO Den Haag has enjoyed periods of significant success in the Eredivisie, including winning the KNVB Cup twice in 1968 and 1975. The club has a passionate and loyal fanbase, known for their unwavering support through various promotions and relegations. In recent years, ADO has been a fixture in the Eerste Divisie, striving to return to the top flight. The team's culture is deeply intertwined with the political city of The Hague, and matches at the Cars Jeans Stadion are known for their lively, if sometimes tumultuous, atmosphere. While currently outside the Eredivisie, ADO Den Haag remains a club with a rich history and a determined spirit to climb back to the heights of Dutch football.
