Surin City FC dominated possession but struggled to break down a compact defensive block. Khonkaen's wingers constantly stretched the home defence, and their set-piece routines caused problems throughout. Surin's penalty gave them brief hope, but Khonkaen's immediate response killed any momentum.

Standout Players

Weerayut Intharaphan was the standout performer, scoring twice and leading the line with intelligence. Jakkapan Wongsa and Supachai Meesuk also impressed, while Khonkaen's goalkeeper made a key save at 2-0. For Surin City FC, Thanawat Sriwichai was their brightest spark and took his penalty confidently. Their centre-back tried to organize the defence, but the team's inability to convert possession into chances proved costly.

Table and Season Impact

The victory strengthens Khonkaen FC's position in the Thai League 3 standings and underlines their promotion credentials. Their away form has been a major asset, and this result will be seen as one of their most complete performances of the season. Surin City FC remain under pressure after another disappointing result at home. With the season progressing, Surin must find a way to turn territory into goals, while Khonkaen will look to build on this convincing win.
