Patrick van Aanholt is a Dutch left-back currently with Sparta Rotterdam, known for his blistering pace, attacking instincts, and a powerful left foot. A product of the famed Chelsea academy, he made his name during loan spells at Vitesse and Sunderland, eventually joining the latter permanently.
