EgyptPlayer Info
Mohamed Hamdy Zaki, commonly known as "Koka," is an Egyptian striker who brings pace and power to the attack for Haras El Hodood. At 34, the forward has enjoyed a journeyman career across Egypt, Portugal, Turkey, and Greece, known for his physical attributes and ability to run the channels. He first made his name with Rio Ave in Portugal, where his goal-scoring exploits earned him a move to Sporting Braga and later a significant transfer to Olympiacos. While his time in Greece yielded league titles, his most iconic moment came in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations final, where he scored a dramatic late winner for Egypt against Cameroon to secure the trophy. That goal cemented his place in Egyptian football folklore. Now back in his homeland, Koka uses his experience and predatory instincts to lead the line, always carrying the aura of a national hero.
