Player Info
Kim Jin-Su is a dynamic and attack-minded left-back who has been a mainstay for both club and country, currently plying his trade with Football Club Seoul. Despite his relatively slight frame, the 33-year-old is renowned for his boundless energy, pinpoint crossing, and tenacity in defense. His career took off at Albirex Niigata in Japan before a successful move to Hoffenheim in the German Bundesliga, where he became the first South Korean to play for the club. A serious knee injury in 2017 was a major setback, but his resilience saw him return to peak form upon his return to the K League with Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors, winning multiple league titles. For the Korean national team, he has been a first-choice left-back for years, featuring in World Cups and the Asian Cup. Known for his whipped deliveries and relentless work rate, Kim Jin-Su remains one of Asia's premier full-backs.
