Erik Sorga
HB Torshavn/F/
EstoniaPlayer Info
Erik Sorga is an Estonian striker for HB Tórshavn in the Faroe Islands, a prolific goal-scorer whose career has taken him across Europe in search of consistent playing time and goals. The 26-year-old announced himself with a sensational scoring record at Flora Tallinn, which earned him a move to Major League Soccer's D.C. United in 2020. After a stint in the United States, he returned to Europe with spells in Poland and Slovenia before finding a productive home in the Faroe Islands Premier League with HB Tórshavn. A classic penalty-box striker, Sorga is a instinctive finisher with good movement and a powerful shot. He remains a key figure for the Estonian national team, where his goal threat is always valued. His journey illustrates the global nature of a modern striker's career, adapting to different leagues while maintaining a sharp predatory instinct in front of goal.
