Player Info

Eric Traore is a Burkinabe central midfielder currently applying his trade with Egyptian side Ismaily SC, serving as a composed and reliable link in the team's engine room. Born on May 21, 1996, the 29-year-old operates exclusively as a central midfielder, a role that demands both defensive awareness and distribution skills. With a market value of €150,000, Traore is a respected figure who has likely risen through the ranks in Burkina Faso before securing a move to the more high-profile Egyptian Premier League. His game is characterized by tidy passing, good positional sense, and the ability to maintain possession under pressure. At Ismaily, he would be tasked with controlling the tempo from deep areas and providing a platform for the team's attacks. While individual honors may not headline his career, his consistent performances for club and country (the Burkina Faso national team) make him a valuable asset.
