Now 33, the 184cm tall enforcer began his career in South Africa with University of Pretoria and later Mamelodi Sundowns, where he won multiple league titles. His performances earned him a move to Europe, where he spent several seasons in Portugal's Primeira Liga with Vitória Guimarães and later in France's Ligue 1 with Amiens SC. Zungu also had a high-profile stint with Scottish giants Rangers, adding a Scottish Premiership title to his collection.
