FC Viktoria Plzen Edge Thrilling Friendly Against SK Artis Brno 4-2

A high-scoring International Club Friendly on 27 June 2026 saw Czech giants FC Viktoria Plzen defeat SK Artis Brno 4-2 in an entertaining contest. The match, played at Plzeň’s training centre, featured end-to-end action and plenty of goals as both sides tested their attacking options.

Viktoria Plzen opened the scoring in the 12th minute when striker Tomáš Chorý volleyed in from a cross. Brno equalised just before the half-hour mark through a penalty converted by Jakub Švec after a handball in the box. The hosts regained the lead minutes later: winger Pavel Bucha cut inside and unleashed a curling shot into the top corner.

In the second half, Plzen extended the lead to 3-1 through a tap-in from substitute Jan Kopic following a goalmouth scramble. Brno pulled one back in the 71st minute with a long-range effort from Lukáš Sadílek that crept in off the post. However, Plzen sealed the victory with a fourth goal in stoppage time, midfielder Lukáš Kalvach finishing a quick counter-attack.
