Match Info
Norway unleashed a record-breaking attacking display to demolish Moldova 11-1 in a staggering UEFA World Cup qualification match on September 10th, 2025. Erling Haaland led the charge with a phenomenal haul of goals as Norway ran riot at the Ullevaal Stadion in Oslo. The home side was relentless from the first whistle, scoring early and often to completely overwhelm a shell-shocked Moldovan defense. Haaland was in unstoppable form, finding the net multiple times, with his teammates adding to the tally in a ruthless exhibition of finishing. Moldova managed a solitary consolation goal in the second half, but it did little to dampen the Norwegian onslaught. The match set a new record for the Norwegian national team and will be remembered as one of the most one-sided qualifiers in recent European history. The victory massively boosts Norway's goal difference and sends a terrifying message to their future opponents in the group. For Moldova, it was a defensive nightmare that will require a significant mental recovery. Norway's manager spoke of a "perfect" performance, while the Moldovan coach offered no excuses for the heavy defeat.
