Kahraba Ismailia secured a commanding 3-1 victory over Pharco in their Egyptian Division 2 clash at the team's home ground, delivering a performance that blended attacking flair with disciplined game management. The three points lift the hosts into a stronger position in the league table and extend their impressive run on home soil.

Match Overview

From the first whistle, Kahraba Ismailia set the tempo, pressing high and forcing Pharco into early mistakes. The home side's midfield trio controlled possession, repeatedly feeding the wide areas and creating overloads. Pharco, known for their compact defensive shape, struggled to contain the relentless waves of attack and were pinned back for long stretches.

Key Moments

• 12th minute: Kahraba Ismailia broke the deadlock when a whipped cross from the right was met by a towering header at the back post, sending the home crowd into raptures.
• 34th minute: The lead was doubled from the penalty spot after a Pharco defender was adjudged to have handled the ball inside the area. The Kahraba midfielder coolly converted, sending the goalkeeper the wrong way.
• 58th minute: Pharco pulled one back against the run of play, capitalising on a rare defensive lapse to slot home from close range and briefly renew hope.
• 82nd minute: Any lingering doubts were erased when Kahraba Ismailia scored a third on the counter-attack, a sweeping move finished with a low drive into the bottom corner.

Tactical Story

Kahraba Ismailia's 4-2-3-1 system allowed their full-backs to push high, creating a five-man attack in the final third. Pharco attempted to sit deep and hit on the break, but their transitions were too slow, and they often lost the ball in dangerous areas. The hosts' relentless pressing won them the midfield battle, and their willingness to shoot from distance kept the Pharco goalkeeper busy all evening.

Standout Players

The Kahraba Ismailia captain was instrumental in midfield, dictating play and breaking up Pharco's attacks. The right winger tormented his marker throughout, providing the assist for the opening goal and winning the penalty. For Pharco, their goalkeeper made several sharp saves to keep the score respectable, while their lone striker took his goal well despite limited service.

Season Impact

With this win, Kahraba Ismailia strengthen their push for promotion from Egyptian Division 2. The three points move them up the standings and serve as a statement of intent against a fellow contender. Pharco, meanwhile, will need to regroup quickly as they look to stay in touch with the leading pack. The return fixture later in the season now carries extra significance.
