Shandong Taishan’s reserve side produced a dominant display to beat Lanzhou Longyuan Athletic 3‑1, earning their third consecutive win in League 2. The young Taishan squad impressed with their fluid attacking movement and defensive organisation.

First‑Half Control

Shandong Taishan B took the game to their opponents from the first whistle. In the 15th minute, striker Sun Ke found space on the edge of the box and fired a low shot into the bottom corner. Ten minutes later, a swift passing move split the Lanzhou defence, allowing midfielder Zhao Peng to double the lead with a tidy finish. Lanzhou struggled to create clear chances, and the half ended 2‑0.

Taishan Cruise Then Lanzhou Respond

Shandong continued to dominate after the break. In the 58th minute, a corner was headed goalwards by defender Zhang Hao, and although the Lanzhou keeper saved it, the rebound fell to winger Liu Bo who tapped in from close range. Lanzhou Longyuan Athletic pulled one back in the 74th minute through a well‑struck free‑kick from midfielder Wang Tianyu, but it proved only a consolation. Taishan B managed the game comfortably in the closing stages.
