FC Minsk came from behind to defeat Slavia Mozyr 2‑1 in a gripping Belarusian Premier League fixture at the Yunost Stadium. The visitors showed character to overturn an early deficit and climb into the top half of the table.
Slavia Strike First
Slavia Mozyr started brightly and took the lead in the 19th minute. Forward Dmitry Ivanov beat the offside trap and rounded the goalkeeper to slot home. Slavia dominated possession for much of the first half, but FC Minsk grew into the game as the half wore on.
