Ryan Kelly
Fukui Blowinds/SF/
Player Info
Ryan Kelly is a skilled American forward who has found a successful niche as a stretch-four in the international game. A Duke University product and national champion, the 6'11" Kelly was selected 48th overall by the Los Angeles Lakers in the 2013 NBA Draft. He spent three seasons with the Lakers, utilizing his shooting touch from the perimeter. Since transitioning overseas, Kelly has flourished, most recently with the Fukui Blowinds in Japan. His game is perfectly suited for the modern style, as he can knock down threes, put the ball on the floor, and use his high IQ to make plays. From Carmel, Indiana, Kelly has evolved from an NBA role player to a star offensive weapon in international leagues.
