Zenit Petersburg/PF/
Player Info
Noah Vonleh is an American power forward whose professional journey has taken him from a top-ten NBA draft pick to a key role with Zenit Saint Petersburg in the VTB United League and EuroCup. The 6'10", 255-pound big man was selected 9th overall by the Charlotte Hornets in 2014 after a standout freshman year at Indiana University. Vonleh's NBA career spanned eight seasons and seven teams, including the Portland Trail Blazers, where he showed flashes of his potential as a double-double threat with a developing outside shot. His best statistical season came with the New York Knicks in 2018-19, where he averaged 8.4 points and 7.8 rebounds. Now in Europe, Vonleh uses his NBA experience, strength, and rebounding prowess to anchor Zenit's frontcourt. While he hasn't secured major team honors, his individual promise was recognized early with Big Ten All-Freshman team honors. Vonleh represents the modern big man archetype, blending size with the ability to stretch the floor.
