Natasha Cloud
New York Liberty/G/
Player Info
Natasha Cloud, the point guard for the New York Liberty, is the heart and soul of any team she plays for, renowned for her fierce leadership, defensive intensity, and playmaking. A second-round pick by the Washington Mystics in 2015, Cloud worked her way into a starting role and became the emotional engine of the franchise. Her crowning achievement came in 2019 when she led the WNBA in assists and quarterbacked the Mystics to their first-ever championship. She took the 2020 season off to focus on social justice activism, underscoring her role as a leader off the court as well. Cloud returned to lead the league in assists again in 2023 before signing with the New York Liberty in 2024. Her honors include that WNBA championship and an All-Defensive Second Team selection. With her signature headband and non-stop communication, Cloud directs traffic, locks down opponents, and makes the right pass. She brings a championship pedigree and an unmatched competitive fire to a Liberty team with title ambitions.
