TurkeyPlayer Info
Muhsin Yaşar, a center for Pınar Karşıyaka wearing number 77, is a promising Turkish big man known for his size and developing skill set. At 29, Yaşar is working to establish himself as a consistent force in the domestic league. Standing at a formidable height, he began his career with Karşıyaka's youth team and has spent most of his professional life with the club, aside from a few loan spells for development. His game is centered around rim protection, rebounding, and efficient finishing around the basket. A notable performance came last season when he posted a double-double with 5 blocks, demonstrating his impact on both ends of the floor. While he is yet to win major team honors, he has been part of Karşıyaka's efforts to return to the upper echelon of the BSL. Yaşar is a hard worker, often spending extra time in the weight room to improve his physicality. His playing style is that of a traditional, back-to-the-basket center who anchors the defense. With continued development, he has the potential to become a starting-caliber center in Turkey.
