Marek Blazevic is a young Lithuanian center who is beginning to make his mark in the Spanish Liga ACB with Monbus Obradoiro. Born in 2001, Blazevic stands at an imposing 6'11" and 114kg, providing a traditional, physical presence in the paint. A product of the famed Žalgiris Kaunas youth system, he gained early professional experience in the Lithuanian LKL before seeking a new challenge in Spain. Wearing number 22, Blazevic's game is built around his size and fundamentals. He is a strong rebounder, uses his body well to establish post position, and has soft touch around the basket. While the modern game values mobility and shooting from big men, Blazevic's old-school style is still valuable, particularly for his ability to set solid screens, roll to the rim, and protect the paint.
