Kel'el Ware
Milwaukee Bucks/C/
United StatesPlayer Info
Kel'el Ware is a highly-touted young center for the Miami Heat, selected with the 15th overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft out of Indiana University. At just 21 years old, the 7-foot, 229-pound big man represents the future of the Heat's frontcourt. Ware possesses a rare combination of size, shot-blocking instinct, and a developing offensive game that includes three-point range. His rookie season with the Heat is focused on adapting to the NBA's physicality and learning the team's renowned defensive system under head coach Erik Spoelstra. With a salary reflecting his first-round status, Ware has the tools—rim protection, floor-spacing potential, and athleticism—to grow into a modern NBA center, offering the Heat a dynamic new dimension alongside stars like Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo.
