Joshua Primo is a Canadian guard, selected 12th overall in the first round of the 2021 NBA Draft, currently wearing number 12. Born on December 24, 2002, the 22-year-old stands 6'6" (198 cm) and weighs 190 lbs (86 kg). A highly-touted prospect, Primo entered the league as one of its youngest players with significant potential as a combo guard with great size. His early NBA career showed flashes of his smooth shooting stroke and playmaking ability for his size. While his professional journey has had its challenges, his talent as a shot creator and scorer was evident from his teenage years. Key highlights include several 20-point games in the NBA where he displayed his scoring versatility. His main individual honor remains being a lottery pick, a testament to his perceived upside. Primo's style is that of a skilled, big guard with a natural scoring touch and the ability to play on or off the ball as he continues his development.
