Furkan Korkmaz is a Turkish shooting guard, currently playing for Tofas Spor Kulübü, celebrated for his elite three-point shooting and scoring ability. A product of the Anadolu Efes youth system, Korkmaz was considered one of Europe's top prospects, which led to his selection by the Philadelphia 76ers with the 26th overall pick in the first round of the 2016 NBA Draft. He spent several seasons in Philadelphia, where he became a valuable bench scorer known for his microwave shooting, capable of catching fire and hitting multiple threes in quick succession. Korkmaz holds the 76ers' franchise record for three-pointers in a single quarter. His international career with the Turkish national team has also been prominent.
