Match Info

KK Zadar delivered a commanding performance to defeat rivals KK Split 79-59 on the road in the Adriatic Basketball Association (ABA) League. The match, held on March 28, 2026, saw Zadar dominate defensively, holding Split to a low scoring output and cruising to a significant twenty-point victory. From the opening tip, Zadar set the tone with intense perimeter defense, disrupting Split's offensive flow and forcing a series of early turnovers. This allowed Zadar to build a comfortable double-digit lead by halftime. KK Split struggled to find any consistent scoring outside of isolated efforts, with their shooting percentages well below season averages. The second half saw more of the same, as Zadar continued to control the pace, methodically extending their lead while effectively managing the game clock. This lopsided result is a statement win for Zadar in the regional competition and deals a blow to Split's aspirations in the league table. The starting lineup for Zadar featured a well-rounded effort, with multiple players contributing to the stifling defensive display that defined the match.
